Holly Worrell

Holly is a San Diego native, where she was a former Charger Cheerleader and three-time Super Bowl performer. After earning her master’s degree from University of California San Diego (UCSD), she worked in the university infrastructure for over 26 years — serving as a professor and director of fitness/aquatics at UCSD, The University of Texas at Austin, and The University of Texas at Dallas. In 2005, Holly moved to Rockwall, Texas, and earned her captain’s license sailing on Lake Ray Hubbard. Committed to helping others lead happier, healthier lives, Holly discovered her true passion in working with seniors and making them smile. She has two children, two frogs and a dog. She believes the best exercise for your heart is reaching down to help someone else up!
