Holly Worrell

Holly Worrell is originally from San Diego, California where she was a competitive swimmer, a San Diego Charger Cheerleader, and a three-time Super Bowl performer. She earned her degree from UC San Diego and built a successful career in higher education and recreation, serving as a Professor and Director of Fitness & Aquatics for UC San Diego, UT Austin, and UT Dallas before retiring. Holly also teaches classes for the American Red Cross since 2005.
After relocating to Rockwall, Texas, Holly earned her Captain’s License and enjoyed sailing on Lake Ray Hubbard. In 2016, she began her career as an Activity Director and quickly discovered a deep passion for working with seniors, which she considers her true calling. Holly is also a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and teaches boxing and earned her green belt in kick boxing.
When she is not working, Holly enjoys spending time with her two children, one dog, and two frogs. She loves being on the water, gardening, and creating lasting memories with family and friends.
